Measure twice order once!

Particularly when ordering large furniture items, it’s important that you carefully measure where the piece is going and also whether we can deliver it to the location. If there are tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways, it may not be possible to deliver your order.

Please check these details carefully in advance of
placing your order. If we are unable to take your items to their intended destination due to restricted access, a charge of £25 will be incurred to remove the goods.

Flatpack Small Print

If you decide you don’t want an item you have ordered, then you have 7 days to decide not to keep it. We will pick the unwanted item up from you but will charge £25 for returning items. Also, if the item is returned out of its original packaging, they will be subject to a 30% reduction from the original purchase price [by IKEA].

If an item is damaged on delivery, then please call us ASAP and we will replace it and deliver a replacement within one week[if in stock].

If an item becomes damaged or bows after assembly, then it is up to the individual who purchased the goods to arrange for a return of the item to IKEA .We are not liable for faulty goods in any way.

Delivery attempts
For each order, we make a maximum of 2 deliveries [if items are out of stock from the original order]. The second delivery is approximately 2 weeks after the first drop. If, after this time we are still unable to get your items, we will consult with you as to whether you still want us to get them. If so, we will collect them for you and you will have to arrange to pick them up from us.

If you are not in to take delivery at the agreed time, an extra £10 will be added to your
delivery bill.

Our business is strictly cash or cheque on delivery. If, for any reason, you are unable to pay for your goods on delivery, we will keep the items until you can pay for them. If we have to make another journey to deliver your goods, this will incur an extra £10 onto the delivery charge. If you are a business and a cheque has to be raised after delivery, the payment terms are strictly 7 days from delivery date. If we have not received payment in 7 days the total outstanding will incur charges of 5% of the total price for each day it is overdue. If, after 14 days the amount has still not been paid, then small claims court proceedings will be issued to recover the outstanding amounts as well as the issuing fees.
